Personalized support during childbirth with our Birth Doula Care service. Our doula is there to provide emotional, physical, and informational assistance, ensuring a fulfilling and empowering birth experience.

This includes:

• Initial Consultation

• Emotional, physical and information support

• 2 or 3 prenatal visits to prepare you for birth and postpartum

• Attendance to birth

• 1 to 2 hours of postpartum care at place of birth (on the day of birth)

• 1 virtual postpartum support call in the first 6 weeks after after birth. 

• Custom referrals to local resources (healthcare providers, support groups etc)

• Unlimited text/ calls up to 8 weeks postpartum

Full Journey Bestie (Full Spectrum Support II)

Personalized support throughout pregnancy, during childbirth and at postpartum with our Full Spectrum II Doula Care service. Our doula is there to provide emotional, physical, and informational assistance, ensuring a fulfilling and empowering birth and postpartum experience.

This includes:

• Initial Consultation

• Emotional, physical and information support

• 2 prenatal visits to prepare you for birth and postpartum

• Attendance to birth

• 1 to 2 hours of postpartum care at place of birth (on the day of birth)

• 24 hours of flexible, day time, heart centered postpartum support in early weeks -tailored just for you. This might include light housework (dishes & laundry), a listening ear, a warm meal if needed or simply time for you to rest. You can split the 24 hours into several session (please indicate how many with the drop down menu)

• Custom referrals to local resources (healthcare providers, support groups etc)

• Unlimited text/ calls up to 8 weeks postpartum
