• Initial consultation

• Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and immediate postpartum period

• 2–3 prenatal visits to prepare for birth and postpartum

• In-person attendance at your birth

• 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum support at your place of birth on the day of birth

• 1 virtual postpartum support call during the first 6 weeks after birth

• Custom referrals to local resources, including healthcare providers, support groups, and community resources

• Unlimited text and phone support through 8 weeks postpartum

      Birth support plus 12 hours of personalized daytime postpartum support.

• Full Journey Bestie (Full Spectrum Doula Support Level II) - $2024

       Birth support + 24 hours of daytime postpartum support.

This includes:

• Initial consultation

• Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period

• 2 prenatal sessions to prepare for birth and postpartum

• In-person attendance at your birth

• 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum support at your place of birth on the day of birth

• 12/ 24 hours of flexible daytime postpartum support during the early weeks, tailored to your needs.

Your postpartum support may include:

• Light household tasks, such as dishes, tidying baby bottles or pumping equipment, and baby laundry

• Light meal preparation

• Emotional support and a compassionate listening ear

• Postpartum recovery support

• Newborn guidance

• Diaper changes

• Practical assistance as you adjust to life with your new baby

I am here to give you the rest, care, and reassurance you need while adjusting to life with your new baby. 

This includes:

• Virtual Postpartum Planning Call

• Emotional, Physical & Informational Support

• 24 Hours of Flexible Daytime Postpartum Support designed to nurture and care for you during the early weeks after birth.

Your postpartum support may include:

• Light household tasks, such as dishes, tidying baby bottles or pumping equipment, and baby laundry

• Light meal preparation

• Emotional support and a compassionate listening ear

Overnight Postpartum Bestie (Overnight Postpartum Doula Support)

As your "Overnight Bestie" I am here to give you another set of hands during those early postpartum nights so that you can get as much rest as possible while you’re recovering and caring for your baby.

This includes:

• Virtual Postpartum Planning Call

• Emotional, Physical & Informational Support

• 60/ 120 Hours of Flexible Overnight Postpartum Support

Your overnight postpartum support may include:

• Diaper changes

• Soothing and comforting baby

• Helping settle baby back to sleep

• Feeding support, including bottle or formula feeding, or assisting with breastfeeding and pumping by bringing baby to the breastfeeding parent

• Assisting with pumping and storing breast milk

• Light household support related to nighttime care, such as tidying baby bottles or pumping equipment

• Light meal preparation

• Helping with baby laundry when needed

• Overnight support is designed to give you the opportunity to rest and recharge while your baby is cared for throughout the night.

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum support wherever you are in New York State.​ As your "Virtual Bestie" provides emotional and informational support through text, phone calls, and video, helping you feel prepared, informed, and supported.

This includes:

• Initial consultation

• Emotional and informational support through text, phone calls, and video

• 2 virtual prenatal sessions to prepare for birth and postpartum

• Virtual attendance at your birth to provide continuous emotional and informational support

• 3 virtual postpartum support calls (1–3 hours each) during the first 6 weeks after birth

• Custom referrals to local resources, including healthcare providers, support groups, and community resources

• Unlimited text and phone support through 8 weeks postpartum

Texting & Email Support Only?

Texting & Email Bestie (Texting & Email Doula Support) - $500

This option is designed for families who want a doula in their corner for emotional and informational support without in-person or virtual birth attendance.

This includes:

• Initial consultation

• Emotional and informational support via text and email throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period

• Guidance and resources to help you feel more prepared and informed throughout your journey

• Custom referrals to local resources, including healthcare providers, support groups, and community resources

Breastfeeding Education?
Are you looking to learn more about breastfeeding and feeding before or after baby arrives?

Breastfeeding Education Session

Provided by a Community Lactation Educator in Training

Prepare for your feeding journey with personalized, evidence-based breastfeeding education designed to help you feel informed and confident before your baby arrives​​

During your one-on-one session, we'll cover:

• The benefits of breastfeeding for you and your baby

• Positioning and achieving a comfortable latch

• Understanding milk production and supply

• Pumping basics and milk storage

• Common breastfeeding challenges and practical strategies

• How your partner or support person can help

• When and where to seek additional breastfeeding support

• A breastfeeding resource guide with evidence-based information and referrals to lactation professionals, including IBCLCs, when appropriate

 

Important Note

• As a Community Lactation Educator in Training, I provide education, guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based resources.

• I do not diagnose or treat breastfeeding or medical concerns. If concerns arise beyond my scope, I will refer you to your healthcare provider or an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Families experiencing concerns such as significant nipple pain, poor infant weight gain, mastitis symptoms, tongue tie concerns, or low milk transfer will be referred to their healthcare provider and/or an IBCLC.
