Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

What is a doula, and how can you help me?

A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. I’m here to walk beside you gently, helping you feel empowered, prepared, and cared for throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Question 2

What types of doula services do you offer?

I offer birth doula support (birth bestie package), postpartum doula care (postpartum bestie support package), full-spectrum doula care (I need a bestie package & full journey bestie) and virtual doula services (virtual full journey package and texting & email bestie). Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early parenthood, or need emotional and practical support, I tailor my care to meet your unique needs.

How do I know if I need a doula?
