Service Description

Personalized support throughout pregnancy, during childbirth and at postpartum with our Hybrid Bestie Package. Our doula is there to provide emotional, physical, and informational assistance, ensuring a fulfilling and empowering birth and postpartum experience. This includes: Initial Consultation Emotional, physical and information support 2 in person prenatal visits to prepare you for birth and postpartum Virtual Attendance to birth 10 hours of flexible, day time, heart centered postpartum support in early weeks -tailored just for you. This might include light housework (dishes & laundry), a listening ear, a warm meal if needed or simply time for you to rest. You can split the 10 hours into several session (please indicate how many with the drop down menu) Custom referrals to local resources (healthcare providers, support groups etc) Unlimited text/ calls up to 8 weeks postpartum
